Yup, it's another Niagara Winery Discovery Pass day, but this time, it's the ice-wine festival!
We'll be visiting four wineries. Each will serve us some ice wine, and a little bite of food -- paired perfectly, of course.
We'll meet in niagara-on-the-lake, on the strip, and we'll do something that we've never done on a TMC tour before: we're a'gonna car-pool!
With SUV's a'plenty, there's no reason for so many drivers. So we'll pile into as few SUVs as we can. Fewer drivers means more partakers of ice-wine!
So, if you're in-town, and you've got a second car -- NO MIATAS ALLOWED (we don't want to make anyone jealous) -- and you like ice wine (or you want to learn), and you expect to be totally bored, lonely, and missing your TMC buddies following a long christmas season of family obligations, then this is the tour that you've been beggin' fo'!
