We will be departing Tim's at 10:30 AM heading south out of Cambridge . Our drive will take approx 1.5 to 2hours at posted speeds and take us through various scenic and non scenic roads of Cambridge, Brantford and Hamilton. Our destination as you know is the Hamilton War plane Museum located at the Hamilton Airport. Just a reminder but there is an entry fee to the museum. $12.00 per adult, $11.00 for Seniors and Students. Youngsters 6 to 12 only pay $8.00. When we get there we will try to see if we can get ourselves a group rate reduction. We may, providing there are enough of us. We will allot about 1.5 hours to tour the facility. There is a lot to see and take in at the museum.
After we are done there we will have a short drive to The Whistling Walrus for a mid afternoon lunch. There will be a separate GPX file from the Museum to the restaurant. So make sure you download both files to your GPS.
As I do not know how many members will be participating on this tour/event, it would be appreciated if you could drop me an email to let me know if you are coming and if you will be willing to be a lead or a sweep. Email either firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
So hope to see you there and fingers crossed the weather is on our side.
